For sale is a genuine HPR CT03 as RTR model. The boat is well-painted, for color please check the pictures. The motors are from QuickDraw, also Hotpipes are used. The build was done using quite a lot of carbon fibre, as one can see on the pictures its well assembled. Hardware is partly from MTC. HPR 135 Outerlimits-HPR

For sale is a unique project, a HPR 135 Bulletproof built from Marko Hoffmann from germany. The boat reached a top speed of 126.7mph, the average speed was also above 125mph. The airbrush in the Outerlimits HPR design is from brusherandy/Berlin.The motors are a set of 3040/5 in Wye-Configuration, the Wye-connectors are custom fabricated. The boat comes with a set of Schulze future XL 40.161WK ESC's and a set of 10S Turnigy Nanotech 5000mAh 45C lipos. Also two sets of props are included, one is a set of Octura X470 reduced to 60mm by Andy Brown as well as a set of Z54 Steel props RTR and polished with 1/4" bore. The hardware with drives, rudder and hydraulics are genuine HPR parts, so are the motor mounts and the 12S lipo tray system. The boat is equipped with two Barth PU11 pumps and a Graupner SXH switch to operate them on the 3rd channel. It also features a catpower emergency cut-off switch and the tunnel is covered with a textreme spread tow sheet with airbrush. Also the canopy is a custom item with pure cevlar weave and 5mm honeycomb sandwich core, its extremely lightweight and very stiff. Its locked with 10x countersunk screws. Between ESC and lipos are 6mm double-lamella connectors from Schulze, between Motor and ESC the 6mm LMT connector system. Several aluminium parts including collets and rear supports have been anodized purple, matching the LMT colors. A very unique project RTR and in very good conditions. HPR 233 "JBS-Racing" TwinTurbine RTR

For sale is an absolutely unique project, a RTR HPR 233 Twin-Turbine in the JBS-Racing Design (Punisher-Skull). Overall there are only maybe 7-8 HPR 233 TwinTurbine in the world. The hull is the number 124 and the last HPR 233 to be ever produced by Hanspeter Rotschi himself. The hatch is not HPR but is a full carbon fibre canopy with Airex as sandwich material, fully vacuum bagged and tempered. The JBS-Racing Design in the Punisher-Skull edition was done from airbrush-artist Toni Lichtenberger (4wheeler-Designs), boat comes with certificate and bill. The turbines are a set of JetCat SPM5 marine turbines. Almost everything on the boat was custom produced, the key factors were lightweight design, maximum stiffness and easy acess for service and maintenance. Beside many small details the most important assemblies are the rc box, the drive system inlcuding the rudder, the turbine mount system and the fuel cells. The turbines are tiled in two dimensions, therefore extremely smooth bend of the flex shaft without the typical S-bend. Furthermore the shape of the exhaust tube gets oval which gives the boat a more scale appearance. Also the turbines can be interchanged, without further work the boat can be run with props spinning inwards or outwards, probably never done before. The boat comes in a transport box with real carbon fibre and support bulkheads for the boat inside, perfect for shipping, transport and storage of the beauty. Highest measured speed was 83mph according GPS, the boat does run corners extremely well. Turbines have a runtime of a little over an hour each and consumed approx 4 gallons of cerosene each. Both turbines have been serviced and inspected from JetCat, running perfect now. Shipping worldwide possible via DHL Express, personal transfer with test run and briefing welcome.   • fuel fells: custom produced in the USA with special fuel resistant polyester resin. Pressure tested and strong, yet ultralightweight. Come with genuine JetCat fittings and adapter. Fuel cells are mounted on a special designed mount system from MBP-RC, fuel cells can be removed or installed in 30 seconds.
  • drives: High-Speed drives based on experience with several 125+mph projects. Square cross section with more than 0.75" by 0.75, length over 11". Rear support on the rear of the boat for increased stiffness and optic. Propshafts with oversized 9mm diameter as well as oversized bearings, tool-steel Dog-Drives. Drives are very stiff and strong, weight is still low.
  • rudder: Rudder in mystic-style with hydraulic-rams, rudder blade is wire eroded from a single block of high strength tool steel. Rudder axis is ball-beared, blade is able to tilt in case of emergency.
  • Sonstiges: 2x ventilation grids on the rear deck with aluminium mesh behing, mounted with spot-welded threaded bolds. Around the exhaust tubes are polished rings which were laser cut from 1mm stainless sheets. MHZ CT03 "Bulletproof"

For sale is a MHZ CT03, the hull was originally just a GFK version with red gel-coat but has seen massive reinforcement work. The final hull was even inspected by Hanspeter Rotschi himself and he liked it. Overall alone material worth around $500 was used plus time and craftmanship invested. It started with roughly 25ft of 4" wide carbon/cevlar tape to reinforce tunnel, the sponsons and the seam as well as the front upper deck, always full length from rear to the tips. In addition the hull got a full CFK inlay in the visible area even including the full rear end with upper deck and seam tape, which is way above a standard inlay work. Its the same type of carbon fibre weave HPR uses for its hulls. The hatch got a layer of black glass with 280g/m² so beside strength it has carbon fibre optic yet enables GPS access. The border was reinforced using 75ft thick 3200tex CFK rovings, the rest was filled with thickened epoxy. Bare hull with canopy now weighs 17.6lbs, the hull is really stiff & strong. Outside the hull received sanding, filler, primer and white basic-paint, its ready for any kind of decals or further airbrush work but can be driven as it is. Regarding hardware the hull comes with genuine HPR/Catpower rudder with hydraulic linkage, the CT03 drives with 1/4" DD are also from HPR.

Drivetrain HPR 233 Electric

For sale is a complete drivetrain with motors, controllers and lipos for a HPR 233 or other similar big hulls with high power demands. With this drivetrain and 60mm propellers a HPR 233 reached a top speed over 90mph, making it the 2nd fastest catamaran of that size. With bigger propellers even higher speeds are possible. Yet the runtime is still above 6min because of the big lipo packs and huge capacity. To handle those high constant currents the use of an electric waterpump is recommended. The setup comes for sure with the necessary support after buying the setup to install everything and get it running.

motors: 2x LMT 3080/8 with air cooling and water jacket plus two new LMT collets 10/6.35mm. The motors have 656kv, when used with 12S the point of maximum efficiency is around 260A. The motor then has a little above 28.000rpm and puts out 11000W or around 15hp at the shaft. Motors are in good condition, the shafts have little flat spots for the grub screws. ESC/speed controllers: 2x Schulze future XXL 40.304WK. The ESC's are in good condition and have the latest software updates. Well-known highend ESC, made in germany with the option for single cell monitoring during the run with BalCab20 system. Original price: $1910

lipos: 2x 12S3P Zippy 5800 30C. Each pack is made from 6x 6S Zippy 5800mAh 30C. Every single 12S pack has its own 6mm female bullet system as well as a SubD 15-pole balancing connector port and can be charged/monitored individually. For running and charging all three 12S packs are wired in a 3P configuration with suitable wires and harnesses to be charged/discharged as a single 12S pack. The complete cases are a custom CAD design and fully CNC machined out of carbon fibre and black glass fibre material, the quality of the work and assembly is very high. Each pack has a weight of 11.5lbs, total battery weight is therefore 23lbs for both packs combined. The capacity is 17400mAh nominal per pack and the RI below 12mOhm when prewarmed, making them the most powerful battery system ever used in an RC boat. They got a total of 25-30 cycles, so far no signs of performance or capacity loss. The packs come suitable with charging cables, the balancer adapters will be built according to the used charger, the recommended charger is the Pulsar III from pp-rc.

3x HPR 233 Ultimate (92" long)

For sale are three brand new and one-of-a-kind HPR 233 hulls (92" long) in the so-called "Ultimate"-version. All hulls have been produced from a company specialized on carbon fibre motorsport parts, thus the focus was purely on the best ratio of weight to stiffness/strength and not a perfect finish. Therefore the hulls are incredibly stiff and strong, yet leightweight but need to be painted/airbrushed for a nice finish. The used resin as well as the weave got aircraft certification, almost the entire hulls are sandwich reinforced and tempered as well as being vacuum bagged. The GelCoat was rolled for minimal weight, the weave inside as well as the weave across the seam are cut 45° for enhanced torsion stiffness as well as strength. Average thickness of the hulls is around 3/16". Also in the most critical part of the front area, already within the mold a sandwich bulkhead was laminated into each hull. All three hulls are unique and a little bit different when it comes to layup and weight, but already the lightest/thinnest of them is well over 200% stiffer than any bulletproof HPR 233 done by Hanspeter himself. A photo which proves the stiffness comes on request.

Each hull comes with a full hardware kit with drives, rudder and hydraulics. All parts are CNC machined, anodized black und ready for assembly and got perfect fit on the hulls. The rudder as well as the hydraulics are compatible with genuine HPR 233 hardware, the drives are reinforced and extended (bigger diameter of main drive, oversized bearings, length 10" from mounting surface to DogDrive, DogDrive with optimized geometry for higher strength).

CT03 Berry Cuda from Jens

For sale is a rare and very nice genuine HPR CT03 in carbon fibre, the boat has been painted in the "Berry Cuda" theme from Speedtoy- Innsbruck. The hull is 67" long, the RTR weight is estimated around 30-32lbs. The setup is high-end as well, including a set of LMT 3060/9 motors with air-cooling, a set of MGM 63.400  ESC's and two 12S2P Kokam 4000 30C batteries, fully enclosed in custom made casings with connectors. Boat and paint are in good condition, paint has usual signs of wear. With 3060 motors but different number of turns the boat was already measured at 105mph GPS, with the current setup speeds of 90mph are possible.
